Points remain on your record for 6 years. Criminal offenses will typically stay on your record for life.

suspended under the Non-resident violator interstate compact.

What are Junior Operator Penalties for Speeding?
If you are under 18 and on a restricted, junior operators
driver's license, any speeding ticket results in a 90 day license
suspension, fees, education classes, and a $500 license
reinstatement charge after your suspension period ends.

Only in drunk driving / OUI cases. You cannot have any alcohol in
your bloodstream (zero tolerance) if you are driving and under the
legal drinking age.

Does
Massachusetts have a child Booster Seat law?
Yes, it went into affect on 4/11/08. Any child under 8
years old and under 57 inches (4' 9") tall must be in a
booster seat, or the driver is subject to a civil traffic violation.
